Do you like a sparkle on the nails that is perfect for any occasion? Then choose the Glitter Effect Bases. They are opaque bases with glitter in them. They give a fantastically beautiful and classy effect.
These NEONAIL bases are without HEMA and Di-Hema.
What are HEMA and Di-Hema? HEMA and Di-Hema are ingredients that are widely used in gel bases and which, when used responsibly and professional with the correct knowledge of natural nails and artificial nails, are completely harmless, but can be damaged by incorrect application (contact with the skin, over-filing of the natural nails , using wrong lamps, wrong manicure) they can, however, cause an allergic reaction.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Perform a prep and degrease the natural nail with a degreaser (NEONAIL Nail Cleaner, Klear Velvet Scrub or Slowianka Cleaner)
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent rubber base, leave for 60 sec. curing under an LED lamp.
3. Apply a second, slightly thicker layer of the Glitter Effect, level and cure under the lamp (60 seconds)
4. Apply top coat
