Cures in just 10 seconds in the CND™ UV lamp.

Provides incredible bonding between natural nail and CND™ Shellac™.

Doesn't offer much extra reinforcement though.

Thanks to this base coat, the CND™ SHELLAC™ color will come off smoothly and without danger from the natural nail when removed with the OFFLY FAST™ Moisturizing Remover.
