Description

A crack, a broken corner or a damaged free edge? With DNKa’ Fiber FIX Gel, you can repair and reinforce damaged areas of the nail without adding unnecessary bulk.

This special repair gel contains a high concentration of reinforcing fibers that form a strong reinforcing mesh after curing. This stabilises the damaged area and helps minimise the risk of recurring cracks or breakages. Ideal for supporting damaged nails as they grow out.

Despite its thick consistency, Fiber FIX Gel is self-leveling and easy to apply in a thin layer. The gel has a hard, dense and non-porous structure that withstands mechanical stress. Unlike acrygel, Fiber FIX Gel provides excellent strength even when applied thinly, allowing precise repairs without adding unnecessary thickness to the nail.

How to use DNKa’ Fiber FIX Gel?

  1. Prepare the natural nail as usual and cleanse with DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser 3-in-1.
  2. Apply DNKa’ Dehydrator to the entire nail plate and allow it to evaporate for 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Apply DNKa’ Ultrabond and allow it to air-dry for another 30 to 60 seconds. When repairing a crack in the nail bed area, make sure Ultrabond does not enter the crack itself.
  4. Apply a thin layer of a suitable DNKa’ base coat and cure for 30 to 60 seconds in a 48/36W LED/UV lamp.
  5. Apply a small amount of DNKa’ Fiber FIX Gel only to the area that requires repair. This product is intended for targeted repairs, not for application over the entire nail.
  6. Cure in a 48/36W LED/UV lamp for 60 to 90 seconds.
  7. If the repaired area requires filing, first remove the sticky layer with DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser 3-in-1.
  8. Finish the nail with your chosen DNKa’ product for leveling, reinforcement or sculpting.
