The NM mini mandrel bit is specifically designed to hold small sanding bands. Thanks to its compact size, this bit is perfect for working on small surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, such as touch-ups near the cuticle, sidewalls, or under the free edge.

Paired with a fine mini sanding band, this bit offers maximum control and precision, without risking damage to the natural nail or surrounding skin.

Recommended grit sizes (mini sanding bands):

  • 120 grit: For refining and smoothing artificial products (gel or acrylic)
  • 180 grit: For evening out old product or soft blending
  • 240 grit: For gently removing the shine from the natural nail, especially on sensitive plates

Usage tips:

  • Use only on clean, dry nails
  • Set your e-file speed between 5,000 and 15,000 RPM
  • Keep the bit in motion to avoid heat buildup or damage
  • Apply gentle and even pressure
  • Clean and disinfect the mandrel bit after each use
  • Replace the sanding band after every treatment for proper hygiene
