Description

Top Flash is a topcoat without a tacky layer and tridescent flakes add a delicate opal shimmer, enhancing any colour with a bright, eye-catching finish.

It can be applied over any gel polish or directly on the base and various builder layers.

Thanks to its self-leveling formula and medium density, it corrects minor surface imperfections. Scratch-resistant and lasts up to 4 weeks.
