Create unique water effects on nails with DNKa’ Top Aqua Effect! From subtle water droplets and raindrop effects to playful ocean waves: this special nail art product creates a stunning effect that develops naturally during application.

Top Aqua Effect reacts to the warm surface of a freshly cured top coat. When applied in random brush strokes, the product spreads and creates organic patterns resembling water droplets or waves. Every design is unique and can be customised by adjusting the amount of product, brush direction and spreading time.


How to use DNKa’ Top Aqua Effect?

  1. Finish your nail design and apply a top coat. Cure it completely according to the recommended curing time.
  2. Continue immediately while the top coat is still warm. The warmth of the freshly cured top coat is important for creating the water effect.
  3. Apply Top Aqua Effect in loose, random brush strokes. There is no need to spread the product evenly across the entire nail.
  4. Wait a moment and allow the product to spread naturally. You will gradually see the water effect develop. Avoid repeatedly brushing over the same area.
  5. Happy with the result? Cure Top Aqua Effect under a UV/LED lamp.

Curing time: 120 seconds.


Tips for the best results:

  • The top coat must still be warm. Waiting too long after curing may prevent the water effect from developing properly.
  • The amount of product determines the effect. Experiment with thin and slightly thicker brush strokes to create different patterns.
  • Do not brush it out like a regular top coat. The product needs to spread freely to create the desired effect.
  • Give the effect time to develop. Allow the product to react for a moment before placing the nail under the lamp.
  • Experiment with brush direction. Short, long or crossing strokes will create different results.
