Orders of which everything is in stock and which are placed and paid for before 2 p.m. during the week are normally shipped the same day and are then delivered the next working day.
No orders will be shipped on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Orders placed on Friday (all day) and Saturday before 09:00 are shipped on Saturday and are normally delivered on Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday after 10:00 am will also be sent the same but will not be with you until Tuesday since BPost only picks up parcels on Saturday until 10:00 am.
For shipments to the Netherlands you have to add 1 to 3 working days.
We try to ship the same day BUT it may be a day later if busy.
This is only the case when everything in your order is in stock.
When an item(s) is (are) not in stock and needs to be ordered, your complete order will only be sent when your order is complete. If you would like to receive the part of your order that is already in stock earlier, you have to pay the extra shipping costs yourself.
We are not responsible nor can we be held responsible for delays in parcels by Bpost or any other courier. Once a parcel leaves our shop we no longer have any control over it and neither we nor Bpost can intervene in the sorting or delivery process for at least 60 days after sending a parcel.
